1 pint ice cream

Whipped cream, for garnish

1 1/4 c. corn cereal, crushed

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

2 tsp. granulated sugar

Sprinkles, for garnish

4 maraschino cherries, for garnish


  • Take a small sheet tray and line it with parchment paper. Keep it in the freezer. Scoop ice cream into 4 equal-sized balls and keep them on the tray. Keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, you have to make a cereal mixture.
  • Take a medium skillet over medium flame and met butter. Add cinnamon and corn cereal. Cook for 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally. Keep doing this until cereal turns golden. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in some sugar. Transfer to a shallow bowl and keep it aside to cool.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a medium bowl to combine coconut, crushed Nillas, and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes until it turns golden. Keep it aside to cool. 
  • Pour caramel over baked crust and spread it in an even layer. Take another medium bowl and combine milk with pudding mix. Whisk until the mixture turns thick.  Pour it over the caramel and smoothen it into an even layer.

  • Take a medium saucepan to combine cocoa powder, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Pour in some milk slowly and keep whisking meanwhile. Keep the saucepan over medium heat and boil for 6 minutes; meanwhile, keep whisking.
  • Take a heatproof bowl to beat egg yolks until it becomes light and frothy. Pour in ½ cup hot cocoa mixture slowly and whisk to combine. Pour back the egg mixture into a saucepan and keep whisking continuously. 
  • Keep the pan over medium heat, constantly whisking until the mixture thickens for about 3 minutes.
  • Take it off the heat and whisk butter, chocolate, and vanilla until a smooth mixture is formed. If the mixture turns lumpy, strain it through a mesh strainer.
  • Pour the mixture into a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap just above the pudding surface. Refrigerate it for 2 hours until chilled.
  • Take it out and spoon out the pudding into a separate bowl and top it with chocolate shavings and whipped cream.

  • Press the cookie dough on the baking sheet and smoothen it out. Top it with another layer of parchment paper and put it in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

3/4 c. heavy cream

  • Preheat oven to 35 degrees meanwhile greases a bundt pan with cooking spray. Take a large bowl to beat cake mix, butter, water, and eggs using a hand mixer. Pour the mixture into the bundt pan. 
  • Divide the mixture into half. In one half add food color and strawberry extract and then pour over white batter in the pan.

1 (16.5-oz.) log refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (such as Pillsbury)

20 Oreo cookies, plus more for topping

2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened

1/2 c. granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Pinch of kosher salt

Warm caramel, for drizzling


  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Like a baking sheet with parchment paper hanging on the sides. Take the cookie dough and press it evenly at the bottom of the baking sheet.
  • To the cookie dough with a layer of broken Oreos and keep the tray aside. 
  • Make cheesecake layer- take a medium bowl using a stand mixer or handheld mixer that comes with the paddle attachment. Beat the cream cheese until it becomes smooth. Beat in eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla until everything is combined fully.

12 oz. cream cheese softened

1 tbsp. melted butter

one tsp. pure vanilla extract

1 1/4 c. powdered sugar

1/2 tsp. kosher salt


  • Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees. Line a jelly roll pan, using parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Take a large bowl to combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, eggs, pumpkin spice, and pumpkin puree. Spread the mixture onto the lined pan and bake for about 15 minutes until it passes the toothpick test.

1/2 tsp. kosher salt


  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Take out the pie crust and keep on a round pie dish. You can crimp or trim the edges and poke the bottom of the crust with a form. Keep it in the freezer for about 15 minutes to chill.
  • Keep parchment paper on the inside of the pie crust and fill kt with dried beans and pie weights. Bake it for 15 minutes until it turns golden. Remove the parchment paper and pie weights. Bake the pie again for 10 minutes. When done, keep it aside to cool.
  • Make pie filling: Reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees. Take a large bowl to whisk sugar and eggs. Add milk, melted butter, vanilla, and vinegar, keep whisking until everything combines properly. Now add flour, cornmeal, and salt to whisk again.
  • Pour the filling onto the pie crust and bake it for 50 minutes to set the middle part. When done, keep it aside to let it cool down at room temperature for about 4 hours. When it cools completely, keep it in the refrigerator until it’s ready.
  • Dust with some powdered sugar on top when serving the pie.
